Cristal Martinez

Originally from Auburn Hills, Michigan, Cristal E. Martinez moved to West Jordan, Utah, at just eight years old — and she’s been making a lasting impact in her community ever since. Currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice at Salt Lake Community College, Cristal brings a strong sense of purpose and empathy to her work as a Legal Assistant with The DUI Guy.

Cristal joined the team in early 2023 and quickly became known for her professionalism, compassion, and drive to help clients feel seen and supported. She’s passionate about ensuring that everyone who reaches out to The DUI Guy feels heard, valued, and cared for during one of the most stressful times of their life. Her favorite parts of her role include connecting with clients, attending court proceedings, and gaining firsthand experience in the justice system.

Outside the office, Cristal brings the same warmth and creativity to her personal life. She loves to travel—her favorite trip so far being Japan—and enjoys baking all kinds of sweets, even crafting desserts for birthdays and weddings. When she’s not in the kitchen, you can find her at a concert with friends or exploring new places around Utah.

Cristal’s curiosity, care, and genuine passion for helping others make her an essential part of what The DUI Guy stands for: providing real people with the guidance and support they deserve.
